Download the Suich app on iPhone or Android, enter your pickup point and destination, choose your vehicle category, then request your ride immediately or schedule it in advance. Payment is made directly in the app.
Suich offers four vehicle categories: SUICH for everyday trips, Confort for a more spacious ride, Berline for a premium trip and Van for travelling in a group.
Yes. You can book your ride in advance directly in the app — ideal for a flight, a business meeting or an event.
Yes, you can cancel your ride at any time before pickup. Please check the app for applicable cancellation fees.
Payments are made directly through the app with a credit/debit card.
Absolutely. Your personal data is encrypted and protected in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation.
Go to your ride history, select the relevant ride, and write a message in the “Leave a note” section.
Fill in the application form via the “Become a Driver” button. Applications are currently open for Geneva and Lausanne. Our team will contact you after you submit your application.
