Riders: a question about a ride?
For a question about a specific ride (amount, receipt, lost item, complaint), the quickest way is through the app: open your ride history, select the trip concerned and use the "Leave a note" section to contact the driver, or write to us stating the date and time of the ride. Answers to the most frequent questions are in the FAQ.

Would you like to join Suich as an independent VTC driver? Use the application form on the page become an independent driver in Geneva: our team gets back to you after receiving your file. For a question about an existing driver account, write to us from the email address linked to your account.
