Suich, the ride app in Geneva
Suich is a platform connecting riders with independent VTC drivers, published by Suich SA, a Geneva company entered in the commercial register. The app is designed in Switzerland for the Swiss market: it is available in French, English and German, and the rider service currently covers the whole canton of Geneva, at any time, depending on partner driver availability.
In practice, a VTC (transport vehicle with driver) is requested in advance or on demand through an app, with a price agreed before the ride. - Enter your trip: pickup point and destination. The fare is displayed immediately.
- Choose your vehicle category: SUICH, Confort, Berline or Van.
- Order now or schedule: a partner driver reaches you within minutes, or you book for later (flight, meeting, event). You follow the vehicle's arrival in the app and can contact the driver.

Price known before departure
With Suich, the fare (VAT included) is set before departure and displayed in the app when you order. It depends on the estimated duration and distance of the trip; the fare grid was defined in consultation with the Geneva driver associations Alliance VTC Genève and VTC-Genève. In periods of high demand a surcharge may apply, always announced before you order. If something unexpected happens during the ride (traffic jams, diversion), the price may be adjusted at the end of the trip.

Professional drivers licensed in Geneva
The drivers who use Suich are independent professionals. To be activated on the platform, they must hold the B121 professional driving licence and the required cantonal authorisations (professional VTC driver card issued in Geneva), have a vehicle insured for the professional transport of passengers and, to serve the airport, an airport access badge. These documents are checked at sign-up.
After each ride, riders and drivers can rate each other; complaints are handled transparently and a rider can ask never to be matched with a given driver again.
