Confort

To travel as a group, as a family or with a large amount of luggage, to the airport or an event.
The price of each category is shown in the app when you order, VAT included. Availability depends on the partner drivers online: if a category is not available at that moment, the app tells you.
SUICH: everyday life in Geneva
The SUICH category is for everyday trips: coming home from work, meeting at a restaurant, going to Cornavin station or a medical appointment. It brings together the standard vehicles of partner drivers, maintained and insured for the professional transport of passengers, in line with cantonal and federal requirements on cleanliness and emissions.
It is the category offered by default in the app when you enter a trip; you can change it with one tap before ordering.
Confort: more space for the ride
The Confort category is for riders who want more room on board: a longer trip, a suitcase or two, or simply a more relaxed ride. It also suits everyday business travel when the Berline is not necessary.
Berline with driver in Geneva
The Berline category is a luxury vehicle with driver: Suich's most upmarket category. It is designed for business travel, welcoming a client or partner at Geneva Airport, an event or any occasion where the comfort and presentation of the vehicle matter. As for all categories, the partner driver is an independent professional holding the Geneva VTC card.
The Berline price is shown before you order, like the other categories; there is no hidden supplement at the end of the ride, apart from the announced adjustments in case of unexpected events (traffic, diversion).
Van with driver in Geneva: groups and luggage
The Van category is for groups, families and heavily loaded travellers: a transfer to Geneva Airport with several suitcases, an evening out with friends, a team travelling to Palexpo or a trade fair, sports equipment. One vehicle for everyone, one price shown before departure, one receipt.
For a Van ride at a precise time (early morning flight, leaving an event), we recommend that you schedule the ride in advance in the app to secure the availability of a suitably equipped partner driver.
How is the vehicle chosen and checked?
Each partner driver assigns their vehicle to one or more categories when signing up with Suich. The vehicle must comply with federal and cantonal requirements for the professional transport of passengers, be fully insured with cover authorising the commercial transport of passengers, and be registered in accordance with Geneva rules. These documents are uploaded in the driver app and checked before the account is activated.
As soon as a driver accepts your ride, the app shows you the make, model and registration plate of the vehicle, so you can identify it at pickup. To learn more about our requirements, see the page safety and trust and the terms and conditions for drivers (in French).
Frequently asked questions about vehicles
Can I choose a specific car model?
No. You choose a category (SUICH, Confort, Berline, Van); the vehicle assigned is that of the partner driver available in that category. Its make, model and plate are sent to you as soon as the ride is accepted.
Is the Van available at all hours?
Availability depends on the partner drivers online. For a precise time, schedule the ride in advance in the app.
Do the vehicles accept child seats?
Child seats are not guaranteed. Tell the driver what you need through the app as soon as the ride is accepted, or bring your own seat.
Are animals allowed?
Transporting an animal depends on the partner driver's agreement. Contact them through the app as soon as the ride is accepted to let them know.
